Aubrey Coleman and Paityn Swift stepped up to the plate in a big way. Coleman went 3-for-4 with one triple, one run, and one double, while Swift went 2-for-4 with two runs, one triple, and one double. Those three hits gave Coleman a new career-high. The team also got some help courtesy of Alexis Reney, who scored a run and stole a base while going 1-for-3.

Meanwhile, Clarksville had already won two in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 11 runs) and they went ahead and made it three on Thursday. They never let the Eagles get on the board and left with a 15-0 win. Considering the Wildcats have won seven games by more than five runs this season, Thursday's blowout was nothing new.

Clarksville pushed their record up to 8-4 with the victory, which was their fourth straight on the road. Those wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 16.8 runs over those games. As for West Creek, their defeat dropped their record down to 0-11.
