Baseball Recap: Sacred Heart Comes Up Short

Sacred Heart made up a huge gap compared to their last game against Guy-Perkins, but they still couldn't quite topple them. The Rebels fell just short of the Thunderbirds by a score of 11-9 on Tuesday. The Rebels haven't had much luck with the Thunderbirds recently, as the team has come up short the last nine times they've met.

Sacred Heart's loss dropped their record down to 1-10. As for Guy-Perkins, their victory ended a three-game drought at home and bumped them up to 5-8.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Sacred Heart will head out to challenge Maumelle Charter at 5:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Guy-Perkins, they will venture away from home to take on Shirley at 4:30 p.m. on Friday.
