Soccer Recap: Halifax Comes Up Short

Halifax's game on Monday was all tied up 1-1 at the half, but sadly for them it didn't stay that way. They fell just short of the East Juniata Tigers by a score of 2-1. The result was an unpleasant reminder to Halifax of the 4-1 defeat they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in October of 2024.

Halifax's loss dropped their record down to 3-7. As for East Juniata, the win snapped their losing streak at three games and leaves them with a 3-5-1 record.

Coming up, Halifax will venture away from home to challenge Line Mountain at 4:30 p.m. on Wednesday. As for East Juniata, they will host Southern Huntingdon County at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday.
