Volleyball Recap: Moriarty Comes Up Short + How To Watch

Moriarty lost against Los Alamos back in November of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. The Pintos came up short against the Hilltoppers, falling 3-0. The Pintos have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back matches.

The match finished with set scores of 25-20, 25-20, 25-16.

Michaela Dunn paced Moriarty's offense, picking up eight kills. Dunn got some help from Lily Shelby and her four assists.

Moriarty's defeat dropped their record down to 6-12. As for Los Alamos, their victory bumped their record up to 7-9.

Coming up, Moriarty will challenge Taos at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday. The Tigers will roll in looking for their eighth straight win, something the Pintos surely won't give up without a fight. As for Los Alamos, they wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next match, a 3-2 loss against Hope Christian on the 18th.
