Volleyball Recap: Mineral Ridge Takes a Loss

After flying high against Lowellville on Monday, Mineral Ridge came back down to earth. The Rams came up short against the McDonald Blue Devils on Tuesday, falling 3-0. The Rams have struggled against the Blue Devils recently, as the game was their fourth consecutive lost matchup.

Mineral Ridge may have fallen short, but they were sure consistent: they scored 21 points in every single set they played. The match finished with set scores of 25-21, 25-21, 25-21.

Mineral Ridge's defeat dropped their record down to 1-1.

Looking ahead, Mineral Ridge is headed away from home for the first time to take on Girard at 6:30 p.m. on Monday. As for McDonald, they will take on Cardinal Mooney at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday.
