Soccer Recap: Jefferson Comes Up Short

Jefferson was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They lost 7-0 to the Guilford Vikings. That's two games in a row now that Jefferson have lost by exactly seven goals.

Jefferson's loss dropped their record down to 3-3. As for Guilford, their win bumped their record up to 5-7.

Looking ahead, Jefferson will challenge Harlem at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday. As for Guilford, they will take on Hononegah at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday. Hononegah will roll in looking for their seventh straight victory, something Guilford surely won't give up without a fight.
