The Diamond Wildcats were the 58-41 winner over the Bronaugh Wildcats when they last played one another back in December of 2022, but their luck changed this time around. Diamond took a 62-52 hit to the loss column at the hands of Bronaugh on Tuesday.

Bronaugh got their victory on the backs of several key players, but it was Luke Bowling out in front who scored 18 points. The contest was Bowling's third in a row with at least ten points. The team also got some help courtesy of Colter Banes, who scored 8 points along with 14 rebounds.

Diamond's loss dropped their record down to 1-3. As for Bronaugh, the victory makes it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 4-1.

Diamond will head out on the road to face off against Seneca on Thursday. As for Bronaugh, they will be playing at home against Sheldon at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. Sheldon is coming into the match hot, having won their last three games.
