Preview: First Philadelphia Prep vs. Benjamin Franklin Electrons

First Philadelphia Prep will head out on the road to face off against the Benjamin Franklin Electrons at 3:15 p.m. on Tuesday. First Philadelphia Prep is still on the hunt for that elusive first 'W'.

First Philadelphia Prep might be feeling deja-vu: they lost 42-27 to Sayre, which was the same score (and result) they got the week prior.

Despite their defeat, First Philadelphia Prep saw several players rise to the challenge and make noteworthy plays. Khayr Graves, who scored 10 points, was perhaps the best of all. Graves scored a full 37% of First Philadelphia Prep's points, the second time in a row he's earned more than a third of the team's points. Another player making a difference was Mckevin Azard, who scored 8 points.

Meanwhile, even if it wasn't a dominant performance, Benjamin Franklin beat Vaux Big Picture 54-50 on Thursday. The victory made it back-to-back wins for Benjamin Franklin.

Benjamin Franklin's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Soukare Fane, who scored 14 points along with 5 assists and 3 steals. Nazire Johnson was another key contributor, dropping a double-double on 10 points and 11 rebounds.

Sayre's victory bumped their season record to 0-0 while First Philadelphia Prep's loss dropped theirs to 0-2.
