Basketball Recap: Reagan Makes It Four in a Row on the Road

Reagan had won three straight road games and Chase Hill did his part to make it four on Friday. The Reagan Rattlers walked away with a 63-56 win over the Churchill Chargers thanks in part to Hill, who went 8 of 13 on his way to 22 points. Those 22 points gave him a new career-high.

The team also got some help courtesy of Matt Velasquez, who went 5 of 8 on his way to 12 points. He is trending in the right direction considering he's improved his point production for three straight games.

Reagan has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won six of their last seven contests, which provided a nice bump to their 17-6 record this season. As for Churchill, their defeat ended a three-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 14-11.

When Reagan and Churchill next hit the court, they'll be up against teams who recently just can't seem to lose. Reagan will try to stop Clark's three-game winning streak when the meet at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Reagan is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 54.6 points per game this season. Similarly, Churchill will square off against Johnson and their five-game winning streak at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
