Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Neuqua Valley). They never let the DeKalb Barbs get on the board and left with an 8-0 victory on Tuesday. The win continues a trend for Neuqua Valley in their matchups with DeKalb: they've now won six in a row.

Neuqua Valley's offense was hitting DeKalb from everywhere, as six different players booted in a goal. Selma Larbi led that balanced group of strikers and accounted for two goals all by herself.

Neuqua Valley pushed their record up to 11-3 with the victory, which was their seventh straight on the road. Those road wins came thanks in part to their defensive effort, having only given up two goals over those seven games. As for DeKalb, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost ten of their last 12 matchups. That's put a noticeable dent in their 3-13 record this season.
