Baseball Game Preview: Rosemount Irish vs. Farmington Tigers

Rosemount hasn't had much luck against Farmington recently, but that could start to change on Wednesday. The Irish will host the Tigers at 4:30 p.m. The two teams have allowed few runs on average (Rosemount 3.8, Farmington 2.7) so any runs scored will be well earned.

On Monday, Rosemount didn't have quite enough to beat Shakopee and fell 5-4.

Meanwhile, there's no place like home for Farmington, who bounced back after a loss on the road on Friday. They never let Apple Valley get on the board and left with a 10-0 win on Monday.

Farmington's victory bumped their record up to 10-5. As for Rosemount, their defeat dropped their record down to 3-6.
