After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Upson-Lee, Luella was happy to have turned things around on Thursday. They put the hurt on the Stone Mountain Pirates with a sharp 19-3 win. Considering the Lions have won five matches by more than 15 runs this season, Thursday's blowout was nothing new.

Zaena Harris was a major factor no matter where she played. She looked comfortable on the mound, striking out eight batters over three innings while giving up three earned runs but no hits.
