Volleyball Recap: Middletown South Comes Up Short

Middletown South was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They fell 2-0 to the Christian Brothers Academy Colts. Give some credit to the fans of both teams: the last four times they've met, the home team has come away the winner.

While Middletown South was not able to make it on the board, they still kept things close, especially in the second set. The match finished with set scores of 25-20, 25-23.

Middletown South's loss dropped their record down to 7-11. As for Christian Brothers Academy, the win (which was their fourth in a row) raised their record to 9-9.

As of now, neither Middletown South nor the Colts have any future games scheduled.
