Faith Christian entered their tilt with Clinton Central on Thursday with four consecutive wins, and they'll enter their next game with five. They put the hurt on the Bulldogs with a sharp 3-0 win. That result was just more of the same for these two, as the Eagles also won the last time the pair played back in August of 2024.

Faith Christian never let Clinton Central on the board, but things got pretty close in the second set. The match finished with set scores of 25-13, 25-22, 25-9.

Faith Christian was led to victory by Kelsey Olehy and Caya Stillings. Olehy had seven aces and three digs, while Stillings had seven digs and five aces. That's the most aces Stillings has posted since back in October of 2024.

They weren't the only good server: Faith Christian was lethal from the service line and finished the game with 18 aces. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now served at least seven aces every time they've taken the court this season.

Faith Christian's victory bumped their record up to 5-0. As for Clinton Central, they dropped their record down to 0-2 with the defeat, which was their fifth straight on the road dating back to last season.

Faith Christian didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 2-1 loss against Rossville on the 23rd. As for Clinton Central, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next game, a 3-0 win against Taylor on the 25th.
