Soccer Recap: Pelican Rapids Takes a Loss

Pelican Rapids was the 4-2 winner over Detroit Lakes when they last played one another back in September of 2024, but their luck changed this time around. The Vikings lost 6-1 to the Lakers on Saturday. Pelican Rapids were in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 3-0.

Pelican Rapids' defeat dropped their record down to 5-2-2. As for Detroit Lakes, the win was their first on the road , bumping their record up to 5-9.

Looking ahead, Pelican Rapids will welcome Alexandria at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Detroit Lakes, they will head out to challenge Fergus Falls at 7:00 p.m. on Monday.
