Basketball Recap: Piute Comes Up Short

It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact Piute can now relate to. They took a 60-55 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Valley Buffalos. The Thunderbirds were not able to repeat the success they had when they faced the Buffalos earlier this season, when they won 59-53.

Piute has also traveled a rocky road recently having lost three of their last four contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 15-12 record this season. Valley's win bumped their record up to 16-7.

As of now, neither Piute nor Valley have any future games scheduled.
