Volleyball Recap: Ocoee Gets the Win

Ocoee won the last time they faced Central Pointe Christian Academy and things went their way on Tuesday too. The Knights walked away with a 2-0 win over the CPCA.

Not only was the match a shutout, it was a big one: Ocoee took both sets by at least 15 points. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-10, 25-10.

Among those leading the charge was Sarah Proper, who had seven aces and four digs. That's the most digs she has posted since back in October of 2024. Maya Henderson was another key player, getting two aces and one block.

Ocoee's victory bumped their record up to 4-2. As for Central Pointe Christian Academy, they dropped their record down to 0-7 with the defeat, which was their fifth straight at home dating back to last season.

Ocoee has already played their next contest, a 3-1 win against Apopka on the 11th. Central Pointe Christian Academy has also already played their next game (against Victory Charter School), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
