Baseball Recap: Warren Takes a Loss

Warren lost against Orangefield last Tuesday, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Warren Warriors lost 12-3 to the Orangefield Bobcats. The Warriors have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Warren saw four different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Easton Evans, who scored a run and stole a base while going 1-for-3.

Warren's defeat dropped their record down to 8-7. As for Orangefield, the win (which was their fifth in a row) raised their record to 13-2.

Coming up, Warren will welcome Buna at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Orangefield, a feisty cat fight will be fought as Orangefield Bobcats challenge Anahuac Panthers at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. They are strutting in with some hitting muscle as they've averaged 6.9 runs per game this season.
