Central Kitsap hasn't had much luck against Silas recently, but that could start to change on Monday. The Central Kitsap Cougars will be playing at home against the Silas Rams at 7:15 p.m. Keep an eye on the score for this one: both posted some lofty point totals in their previous games.

Central Kitsap is headed into Monday's match looking for a big change in momentum after dropping their seventh straight game on Saturday. They were two points away from ending the streak, but they lost a 60-58 heartbreaker at the hands of North Kitsap. Despite running the score up even higher than they did in their prior game on Thursday (55), the Cougars still had to take the loss.

Meanwhile, Silas didn't have too much breathing room in their game against Gig Harbor on Thursday, but they still walked away with a 61-57 victory. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Rams.

Central Kitsap's defeat dropped their record down to 1-16. As for Silas, their win bumped their record up to 11-7.
