Halifax Academy came tearing into Wednesday's match with six straight wins , and they left with even more momentum. Everything went their way against the Ridgecroft Rams as they made off with a 3-0 victory. That's the third time they've managed to beat them this season, with their most recent win being a 3-0 victory two weeks ago.

Halifax Academy walked away with the win (and looked especially good in the first set). The final score came out to 25-6, 25-18, 25-18.

Halifax Academy was led to victory by Payton Odom and Emma Inscoe. Odom had 34 assists and six digs, while Inscoe had 13 digs and two aces. Those 34 assists gave Odom a new career-high.

They weren't the only good servers: Halifax Academy was lethal from the service line and finished the match with ten aces. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now served at least five aces in 18 consecutive contests.

Halifax Academy's record now sits at 17-4. As for Ridgecroft, their loss dropped their record down to 15-7.

Halifax Academy has already played their next matchup, a 3-1 defeat against Lawrence Academy on the 9th. Ridgecroft does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
