Soccer Recap: Abby Kelley Foster Comes Up Short

Abby Kelley Foster was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their fourth straight loss. They were a single goal away from ending the streak, but they lost a 2-1 heartbreaker at the hands of the Montachusett RVT Bulldogs. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against Montachusett RVT this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 2-0 last Monday.

Abby Kelley Foster's defeat dropped their record down to 2-9-1. As for Montachusett RVT, their victory bumped their record up to 6-4.

Coming up, Abby Kelley Foster will look to defend their home pitch on Monday against Sizer. As for Montachusett RVT, they will square off against Whitinsville Christian at 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
