A well-balanced attack led Kickapoo over Webb City in every quarter on their way to victory on Tuesday. The Chiefs put the hurt on the Cardinals with a sharp 62-36 victory. The Chiefs have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won eight matchups by 26 points or more this season.

Kickapoo's success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but Reese Kimrey led the charge by putting up ten points along with six steals and five rebounds. Kimrey has been hot recently, having posted two or more steals the last four times he's played. Brock Thompson was another key player, shooting 71% from the field en route to 12 points and seven boards.

Kickapoo was working as a unit and finished the game with 16 assists. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Webb City only racked up nine.

Webb City lost despite a true team effort on offense. The best among them was Travien Turner, who posted seven points and six assists. Another player making a difference was Carson Anderson, who earned six points.

Kickapoo's win was their eighth straight on the road dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 14-4. Those road victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 72.0 points over those games. As for Webb City, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 10-8.

Kickapoo didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 73-40 win against Ozark on the 6th. As for Webb City, they have also already played their next game, a 60-49 victory against Miami on the 4th.
