Football Game Preview: Destiny Christian Wildcats vs. Arkansas Christian Academy Knights

For the second week in a row, Destiny Christian is taking on Arkansas Christian Academy. The Wildcats will be playing in front of their home fans against the Knights at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. One thing working in Destiny Christian's favor is that they have posted at least 31 points in their last seven games.

On Friday, Destiny Christian humbled Arkansas Christian Academy with a 37-6 victory. The Wildcats might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won seven contests by 20 points or more this season.

Destiny Christian didn't go easy on the quarterback and picked off four passes before the game was over. It was truly a group effort as David Perry, Cade Mosier, Isaiah Hayden, and Brett Thresher picked up one apiece. Jeremiah Gill was another major factor on D, picking up a sack, forcing two fumbles, and making five total tackles (3.0 for loss).

With the loss, Arkansas Christian Academy broke their three-game winning streak and moved their record to 6-3. As for Destiny Christian, their victory bumped their record up to 9-2.
