 Twin Valley has enjoyed a three-game homestand but will soon have to dust off their road jerseys. They will  take on the Reading Red KNights at 6:00  p.m.  on Wednesday. Twin Valley is strutting in with some hitting muscle, as they've averaged 6.9  runs per game  this season.
 Twin Valley can now show off three landslide victories after their most recent  match  on Tuesday. Everything went their way against Wyomissing as Twin Valley made off with  a  15-2 victory. While fans of Twin Valley might be used to big wins, the 13-run margin marked the team's biggest one yet.
  Kevin Eden made a splash no matter where he played. He looked comfortable on the mound,   striking out eight batters over  five innings while giving up just one earned  (and one unearned) run off   six  hits (and only one walk). Eden was also big at the plate,  scoring two  runs and  stealing a base while going 1-for-2.
 In other batting news,  Ben Vaughan and  Paul Colombo did most of the damage at the plate:  Vaughan  scored three  runs and  stole a base while going 2-for-2, while  Colombo  scored two  runs while  getting on base  in all three of his plate appearances. Vaughan is on a roll when it comes to  stolen bases, as he's  now  stolen  at least one in the last three games he's  played.  Kooper Zdimal was another key contributor,  scoring a  run while going 1-for-2.
 Meanwhile, sadly, Reading is still looking for their first win of the season after nine  games. They wound up on the wrong side of a  tough 10-0 walloping at the hands of Muhlenberg on Monday.
 Reading saw two different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was  Patrick Gregorio, who  went 1-for-3 with a  stolen base and a  double.
 Twin Valley pushed their record up to 6-3 with that  win, which was their fourth straight  at home. As for Reading, their defeat dropped their record down to 0-9.
 Reading's hitters will have their work cut out for them  on Wednesday. Twin Valley has been retiring batters left and right this season,  having  averaged 7.8  strikeouts per game. It's a different story for Reading, though, as  they've been averaging  only 4.1. Will Twin Valley keep running through batters, or will Reading buck the trend?
 Everything went Twin Valley's way against Reading when the teams last played  back in April of 2023 as Twin Valley made off with  a  9-2 victory. Does  Twin Valley have another victory up their sleeve, or will Reading turn the tables on them?  We'll have the answer soon enough.
