Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Hackensack). They never let the Paramus Catholic Paladins get on the board and left with a 10-0 win on Saturday. The high-scoring performance was a welcome turnaround for Hackensack's offense, which had struggled in the games prior.

Hackensack's victory was their first in the league, bumping their league record up to 1-2-1 and their overall record up to 2-7-3. As for Paramus Catholic, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-9.

Coming up, Hackensack will head out on the road to square off against Ramapo at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Ramapo will roll in looking for their eighth straight win, something Hackensack surely won't give up without a fight. As for Paramus Catholic, they will look to defend their home pitch on Tuesday against St. Joseph Regional at 7:00 p.m.
