Carroll came into Tuesday's matchup having lost eight straight, but that streak is now in the rearview. They walked away with a 3-1 win over the Carlisle Wildcats on Tuesday. This was payback for the Tigers, who suffered a 3-0 loss the last time these two teams met.

Carroll had a slow start but a hot finish: after dropping the first set, they turned around to win the next three. The match finished with set scores of 14-25, 25-11, 25-20, 25-21.

Carroll's victory bumped their record up to 10-16. As for Carlisle, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 5-18.
