Baseball Recap: Osage Takes a Loss

Osage lost against Boonville back in May of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Indians fell just short of the Pirates by a score of 2-1. The Indians have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Osage's defeat dropped their record down to 2-6. As for Boonville, the win (which was their sixth in a row) raised their record to 7-3.

Looking ahead, Osage will venture away from home to face off against Eldon at 5:00 p.m. on Friday. This will be the Indians' first chance to prove their worth in the conference. As for Boonville, they will take on Harrisonville at 1:00 p.m. on Thursday. The Pirates' pitchers better be ready for this one: the Wildcats have averaged an impressive 6.9 runs per game this season.
