Friday just wasn't the day for Williams's offense. They were beaten by the Bagdad Sultans 50-0 on Friday. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest loss the Vikings have suffered against the Sultans since November 12, 2016.

A big part of Bagdad's win came down to the chemistry between Ezrah Aguilar and his top target Thomas Rodriguez. Aguilar threw for 221 yards and three touchdowns on only 19 passes while Rodriguez rushed for 109 yards and two touchdowns. Rodriguez got the majority of those rushing yards when he took off on a run that went for an incredible 56 yards. Zac Escobedo was in the mix too, providing Bagdad with two touchdowns.

Williams' defeat dropped their record down to 2-2. As for Bagdad, they pushed their record up to 3-1 with the victory, which was their sixth straight at home dating back to last season.

Williams will face off against Salome at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Bagdad, they will venture away from home to square off against Desert Heights Prep at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Bagdad's defense has only allowed 9.5 points per game this season, so Desert Heights Prep's offense will have their work cut out for them.
