Baseball Recap: Carmel Christian Cougars vs. Caldwell Academy Eagles
After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Combine Academy National, Carmel Christian was happy to have turned things around on Thursday. They came out on top against the Caldwell Academy Eagles by a score of 10-5. For the Cougars, this counts as revenge for the 4-3 win the Eagles walked away with the last time they faced one another back in May of 2018.

Matthew Abbott looked comfortable as he tossed four innings while giving up just one earned run off three hits. Carmel Christian is undefeated when Abbott allows two or fewer earned runs, but 4-5 otherwise.
