Basketball Recap: Paramus Catholic Starts Season with Win Against St. Rose

Paramus Catholic had to travel to play their first game of the season, but the final result was worth the trip. They came out on top against the St. Rose Purple Roses by a score of 52-42 on Saturday. The win was a breath of fresh air for the Paladins as it put an end to their seven-game losing streak dating back to last season.

Paramus Catholic will be defending their home court for the first time this season when they go up against Pascack Hills at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for St. Rose, they will head out to face off against Manasquan at 6:30 p.m. on Monday.
