Soccer Recap: Pella Snags Fourth Victory in Last Five Games

After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Denver, Pella was happy to have turned things around on Saturday. Their defense stepped up to hand the South Hardin Tigers a 1-0 shutout.

Pella is on a roll lately: they've won four of their last five matches. That's provided a massive bump to their 8-10-1 record this season. As for South Hardin, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 10-4.

Pella wasted no time getting back out on the pitch and has already played their next contest, a 3-0 defeat against Wapsie Valley on the 17th. As for South Hardin, they will look to defend their home pitch on Monday against Belmond-Klemme at 5:30 p.m.
