Volleyball Recap: Chaparral Victorious

Chaparral's tournament run continued when they took on The Vanguard School on Saturday. The Wolverines walked away with a 2-0 win over the Coursers.

Cameron Beasley paced Chaparral's offense, picking up eight kills. Beasley got some help from Ryan Carrizales and his 15 assists. Frank Alvarado controlled things from the service line, finishing with three aces.

Chaparral's victory bumped their record up to 8-10. As for The Vanguard School, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 3-10.

Chaparral didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 2-0 loss against Legend on the 12th. As for The Vanguard School, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next contest, a 2-0 win against Vail Christian on the 12th.
