They never let the Salem Witches get on the board and left with a 15-0 victory on Friday. The Chieftains haven't had any issues with the Witches recently, as the game was their fifth consecutive win against them.
Masconomet Regional let Logan Schaap and Sabrina Caferelli run wild. Schaap went a perfect 3-for-3 with two doubles, two RBI, and one run, while Caferelli went 2-for-3 with two runs, one triple, and two RBI. Caferelli also hit a double, marking her first of the season. Charlotte Leiss was another key player, going 2-for-3 with three runs and two RBI.
