Volleyball Recap: Soledad Comes Up Short + How To Watch

Soledad was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They lost 3-0 to the Monterey Dores. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Dores this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 3-0 back in September.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-7, 25-21, 25-13.

Soledad's loss dropped their record down to 6-9. As for Monterey, they pushed their record up to 18-7 with the victory, which was their fourth straight on the road.

Coming up, Soledad will take on Watsonville at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Monterey, they didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 3-0 win against Seaside on the 20th.
