West Salem is 9-0-1 against Sprague since October of 2016 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Friday. The Titans will host the Olympians at 4:00 p.m. West Salem's last three contests have been decided by no more than a goal, so don't be surprised if it's a close one.

On Tuesday, West Salem didn't have quite enough to beat South Salem and fell 3-2. While losing is never fun, West Salem can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Oregon soccer rankings (they are ranked 95th, while South Salem are ranked 20th).

Meanwhile, Sprague has been on a difficult stretch since their win on September 12. They and North Salem finished up their match with a 1-1 draw on Tuesday.

Sprague's draw makes their record 3-2-4 this season. As for West Salem, their loss dropped their record down to 3-5-1.

West Salem came out on top in a nail-biter against Sprague when the teams last played back in October of 2024, sneaking past 1-0. Will the Titans repeat their success, or do the Olympians have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
