The Springfield Yellow Jackets will be playing in front of their home fans against the Rossview Hawks at 6:00 p.m. Springfield will be strutting in after a win while Rossview will be coming in after a loss.

Springfield is headed into the match having just posted their closest victory since January 23, 2024 on Tuesday. They had just enough and edged Kirkwood out 39-37. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Yellow Jackets.

Meanwhile, Rossview unfortunately witnessed the end of their eight-game winning streak on Tuesday. They had to suffer through a 46-18 loss at the hands of Clarksville. The game marked the Hawks' lowest-scoring contest so far this season.

Rossview's defeat was their first in the district, dropping their district record down to 2-1 and their overall record down to 16-3. As for Springfield, they are on a roll lately: they've won four of their last five matches, which provided a nice bump to their 12-7 record this season.
