Smidt Tech is a perfect 7-0 against Rise Kohyang since March of 2022 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Thursday. The Grey Wolves will venture away from home to challenge the Tritons at 2:00 p.m. Smidt Tech knows how to get runs on the board -- the squad has finished with ten runs or more in their past three games -- so hopefully Rise Kohyang likes a good challenge.

While Smidt Tech's victory against Camino Nuevo Dalzell Lance Campus wasn't quite the blowout it was the last time the pair played, they still came out on top. The Grey Wolves skirted past the Tigers 14-12. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest win the Grey Wolves have posted against the Tigers since March 24, 2022.

Meanwhile, Rise Kohyang was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their 11th straight loss dating back to last season. They came up short against Animo De La Hoya, falling 21-4.

Rise Kohyang's defeat dropped their record down to 0-8. As for Smidt Tech, their victory bumped their record up to 7-4.

Smidt Tech took their win against Rise Kohyang in their previous meeting on April 1st by a conclusive 19-7 score. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Grey Wolves since the team won't have the home-field advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
