Volleyball Game Preview: Clarkson/Leigh Patriots vs. Boone Central Cardinals

The Clarkson/Leigh Patriots will challenge the Boone Central Cardinals at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. The two teams are strolling into their matches after big wins in their previous games.

On Monday, Clarkson/Leigh made easy work of Arlington and carried off a 3-0 win. The Patriots have beaten the Eagles the last five times they've met, but they better watch out: this was the closest the Eagles has come to flipping the script.

Clarkson/Leigh was especially dominant in the second set. The final score came out to 25-19, 25-12, 25-18.

Meanwhile, with a playoff win on the line, Boone Central rose to the challenge on Monday. They blew past the Knights 3-0.

Clarkson/Leigh's victory bumped their record up to 22-9. As for Boone Central, they now have a winning record of 15-14.
