Volleyball Recap: Macksville Comes Up Short

Macksville lost against South Gray back in October of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Mustangs fell 2-0 to the Rebels.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-13, 25-15.

Daniela Reyes-Holguin paced Macksville's offense, picking up four kills. Reyes-Holguin got some help from Charley Burr and her four assists.

Macksville has traveled a rocky road recently, having lost five of their last six contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 15-21 record this season. As for South Gray, the win (which was their fourth in a row) raised their record to 33-4.

Looking ahead, Macksville will venture away from home to challenge Spearville at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday. South Gray does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
