After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Highland, Cibola was happy to have turned things around on Monday. They walked away with a 10-6 win over the San Luis Sidewinders. The Raiders have seen this before: they got the W the last time they saw the Sidewinders, too.

Cibola got a big performance out of Stephanie Garcia, who scored two runs while going 3-for-4. That's the most hits Garcia has posted since back in April of 2024. Another player making a difference was Angelica Arellano, who went a perfect 1-for-1 with one triple, two RBI, and one run.

Cibola's record is now 4-10. As for San Luis, their loss dropped their record down to 3-5.

Cibola will have a chance to go back-to-back against San Luis: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled at 3:45 p.m. on Wednesday.
