Basketball Recap: Chester Gets the Win

Chester posted their closest victory since January 20th on Thursday. They came out on top in a nail-biter against the Shelbyville Dragons, sneaking past 47-44.

The win got Chester back to even at 1-1. As for Shelbyville, they are on a five-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-4.

Coincidentally, Chester and Shelbyville will both be playing West Rusk the next time they take the court. The Dragons will head out to face the Raiders at 10:20 a.m. on Friday, while the Yellowjackets will play them later in the day, at 3:00 p.m.
