Aidan Baird posted a new career-high in stolen bases on Tuesday. He scored two runs and stole two bases while getting on base in all four of his plate appearances. He has become a key player for Lick-Wilmerding: the team is undefeated when he posts at least two runs, but 5-11 otherwise.

Baird's strong effort led Lick-Wilmerding over San Domenico and he'll get a chance to do so again: the teams have a rematch scheduled at 6:30 p.m. on Friday. The Tigers are 8-2 against the Panthers going back to April of 2019, a lead they'll look to extend.
