Softball Recap: Union Comes Up Short

Union suffered their biggest defeat since May 14, 2024 on Friday. They came up short against the Abingdon Falcons, falling 18-8.

Union has also traveled a rocky road recently, having lost four of their last five games. That's put a noticeable dent in their 3-5 record this season. As for Abingdon, the victory was the sixth in a row for them, bringing their record up to 6-1.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Union will challenge Ridgeview at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Abingdon, they will head out to square off against Brookville at 12:00 p.m. on Saturday.
