Basketball Recap: Spring Hill Triumphs

Spring Hill hadn't done well against Horatio recently (they were 0-5 in their previous five matchups), but they didn't let the past get in their way on Friday. The Spring Hill Bears walked away with a 59-51 victory over the Horatio Lions. This was a revenge game for the Bears: when they faced off against the Lions back in December of 2024, they had to take a 57-48 defeat.

Spring Hill's win bumped their record up to 12-10. As for Horatio, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 10-6.

Spring Hill will head out to square off against Foreman at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Horatio has already played their next matchup (against Dierks), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
