Marysville Getchell waltzed into their matchup on Monday with three straight wins... but they left with four. They walked away with a 7-4 victory over the Archbishop Murphy Wildcats. That's more bragging rights for Marysville Getchell, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.

The team relied heavily on Lilyana Balgos, who went 3-for-5 with one triple, one stolen base, and two RBI. Jaidyn Swanson was another key player, scoring two runs and stealing two bases while getting on base in two of her three plate appearances.

Marysville Getchell's win bumped their record up to 5-3. As for Archbishop Murphy, the defeat snapped their winning streak at three games and leaves them with a 4-2 record.
