Gulfport's game last Friday was a loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Tuesday. They never let the St. Martin Yellow Jackets get on the board and left with a 3-0 win. For the Admirals, this counts as revenge for the 8-7 victory the Yellow Jackets walked away with the last time they faced one another back in April of 2024.

Gulfport has been performing well recently as they've won nine of their last 11 games. That's provided a nice bump to their 13-6 record this season. Those wins came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 3.5 runs on average over those games. As for St. Martin, they dropped their record down to 10-9 with the defeat, which was their third straight on the road.

Gulfport will have a chance to go back-to-back against the Yellow Jackets: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
