Blazer turns things around after tough road loss

There's no place like home for the Blazer Tomcats, who bounced back after a tough loss on the road on Saturday. Everything went their way against Magoffin County on Tuesday as Blazer made off with a 69-45 win.
Blazer's success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but Zander Carter led the charge by dropping a double-double on 13 points and 10 rebounds. Another player making a difference was Tyson Lalonde, who scored 16 points.
The victory got Blazer back to even at 1-1. As for Magoffin County, they now have a losing record at 1-2.
Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Blazer will take on South Point at 8:00 p.m. on Saturday. As for Magoffin County, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Letcher County Central at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday.
