Basketball Game Preview: Steilacoom Sentinels vs. Washington Patriots

The Steilacoom Sentinels just played yesterday, but they'll still head out to face the Washington Patriots at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Washington took a loss in their last game and will be looking to turn the tables on Steilacoom, who comes in off a win.

Steilacoom will bounce into Friday's match after beating Life Christian Academy, who they had gone 0-4 against in their four prior meetings. Steilacoom came out on top against Life Christian Academy by a score of 67-58 on Thursday. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Sentinels.

Meanwhile, Washington played a tough contest on Tuesday in which they were outscored in every quarter. They came up short against Clover Park, falling 81-61. The Patriots' defeat signaled the end of their three-game winning streak.

Steilacoom is on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four games, which provided a nice bump to their 6-10 record this season. The wins came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 59.0 points per game. As for Washington, their loss dropped their record down to 9-7.
