Weleetka scored a stunning upset when it knocked off Gans, 22-14. At the time, the Grizzlies was ranked 24th in the state, while the Outlaws was 39th.
The biggest upset of the week belonged to Weleetka, who took down 24th ranked Gans, 22-14.
Davenport's offense has been unstoppable this season and the Bulldogs feature the season leaders in passing, rushing and receiving yards. Matt Miller has thrown for 1081 yards and 13 touchdowns this season, while Kevin Thomas has 30 catches for 524 yards. Thomas leads the league in rushing with 680 yards.
A big matchup in the league this week will be when Trent Holt's team takes on Dewar. The Grizzlies are in fourth place, while the Dragons are in third place.
Gans suffered a letdown when it was bounced from the state Top 25 this week after losing to Tony Hawkins' team. The Grizzlies had been ranked 24th, but fell to 34 following the defeat.
