Basketball Recap: Broadway Takes a Loss

Broadway was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They took a 70-52 bruising from the Cave Spring Knights. That's two games in a row now that the Gobblers have lost by exactly 18 points.

Broadway's defeat dropped their record down to 2-6. As for Cave Spring, they now have a winning record of 3-2.

Broadway won't have much time to rest: their next matchup is against Christiansburg at 5:30 p.m. on Saturday. As for Cave Spring, they also won't have to wait long for more action: they'll challenge Broadway at 7:00 p.m. on Saturday.
